He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy W. Bellamy, Sr. and Jeanette Lindsey Bellamy; his daughter Katherine Michelle Bellamy; and his stepson Larry Marvin Collins II. He is survived by: his wife Chris Hudson Bellamy of Swainsboro; his son Louis Owen Bellamy Jr. (Shanne) of Crawfordville; his grandchildren, Louis Owen Bellamy III (Cheryl), Kari-Lin Smith Swygert, Trey Collins Ernest Chandler (Emmerson), Ashley Deffert (Karl), Carlton Vinson, Samuel Bowen Ware and Hudson Joe Ware; and his siblings, Sara Elizabeth Wilkinson (Doug) of Swainsboro, Carolyn Dianette Bellamy of Statesboro, Patricia Bellamy Brown of Swainsboro, Tommy Willard Bellamy Jr. of Swainsboro and Tony Mark Bellamy (Donna) of Swainsboro. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Family will not be present during this time due to Covid safety.
