Akridge (Swainsboro, Georgia), born in Reidsville, Georgia, who passed away on October 6, 2018, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Sherry Durden; her stepsister Gail Williams; her brother Smutty Durden; and her stepbrothers, Aubrey Wilds and Larry Wilds.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Akridge of Swainsboro; her children, Donya Radford (Steve Hyde) of Swainsboro, Autumn Allen (Kenneth) of Sardis, Gail Turner (Rollie) of Summertown, Doris Colston (Joe) of Bartow, Susan Akridge (David) of Wrightsville, Albert Gay (Johanna) of Swainsboro, Jay Gay (Roxanne) of Norristown, Charles Akridge (Ellen) of Swainsboro, Dennis Akridge of Norristown and David Akridge (Betsy Wetzel) of Stillmore; and her brother William "Bill" Collins (Sherri). She is also survived by 34 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
