She is survived by: her husband Anthony L. Howard, MD; her children, Monique L. Howard Brown (Maurice) of Swainsboro, Anthony L. Howard, II of Swainsboro and Frederick B. Howard of Swainsboro; her friends, Sheila Givens (Tommy) and Michelle; her father-in-law Cecil Howard, Sr. (Marion) of Atlanta; her brother Alfonso Royals (Janice) of Atlanta; her siblings-in-law, Malcom Howard of Macon, Angela Fennell of Atlanta and Gayla Howard of Atlanta; and her friends, Natalie Jordan, Ann Farrar, Melissa Coppock-Devouil and Vanessa Coppock. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, 1st cousins, other relatives, and coworkers.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Mrs. Michelle Royals Howard, to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
