He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Worthen and Laura Worthen; his wife Viola Marie Worthen (Wise); his siblings, Albert Worthen, Jimmy Worthen, Troy Worthen, William Worthen, Leroy Worthen, George Worthen, Tommy Worthen, Terry Worthen, Helen "Toby" Bell, Ella Worthen and Alma "Dolly" Parker; his son Maurice Clark; and his grandson Goug Clark.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carnesia Mack (James) of Statesboro, Lillian Wilkerson (Ronald) of Statesboro, Tarinesia Rivers of Swainsboro, Georgia, Roberta Murphy (Michael) of Swainsboro, Georgia and Christie Clark of Swainsboro, Georgia; and his brothers, Danny Worthen (Debo) of Swainsboro, Georgia, Dennis Mason of Swainsboro, Georgia and Jimmy Seabourough of Swainsboro, Georgia. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
