He is survived by: his son Jason Scott (Amber) of Stillmore; and his siblings, Brent Fails of Swainsboro, Grady Scott of Swainsboro, Brandi Phan of Swainsboro and Kelly Scott of Swainsboro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews other family members, and many friends.
