She was predeceased by: her parents, Randolf Hooks and Myrtle Tanner Hooks; and her brothers, Don Hooks, Bobby Hooks, Ray Hooks and Jimmy Hooks.

She is survived by: her husband Jerry Braddy; her children, Katie Anderson, Darrell Martin of Statesboro, GA and Darwin Martin; and her brothers, Jerry Hooks of Swainsboro, GA, Alton Hooks (Glenda) of Kite, GA and Larry Hooks of Garfield, GA. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 17 Great – Grandchildren, 2 Great – Great Grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
