John Lane Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Lane (Swainsboro, Georgia), who passed away on December 5, 2021 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David M. Lane and Jean Bunn Lane; and his siblings, David Terry Lane and Bonnie Lane Jones. He is survived by: his wife Donna Lane of Canoochee; his children, John David Lane (Faith Patrick) of Canoochee, Brandi Hood (Randy) of Swainsboro, Misty Lane (Nick Beasley) of Swainsboro, Kelly Collins (Bryson) of Metter and Hope Jones (Bowen) of Stillmore; his sister Becky Johnson (Steve) of Canoochee; his grandchildren, Macy Messex (Drew), Mason McKenzie, Joeley Hood, Erin Hood, Riley McKenzie, Reagan McKenzie, Cason Collins, Raycen McKenzie and Carsyn Jones; and his great grandchildren, Farrah Jo Messex and Lakelyn Grace Brown. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
