He is survived by: his children, Bobby Harper (Julio Moreno) of Atlanta, Randy Harper (Tina) of Augusta, James Harper of Ohio, Beverly Sikes of Swainsboro and Jessica Harper of Swainsboro. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
