He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Cannady and Veleta Durden Cannady; and his brothers, Bill Cannady, Charles Canady, Bob Cannady and Ronald Cannady.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Cannady of Swainsboro; his daughters, Rhonda Davis (Todd) of Evans and Melisa Hendrix (Brian) of Nevils; and his grandchildren, Ansleigh Davis, Bentley Hendrix, Jake Davis and Alivia Hendrix. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
