He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Proctor and Margaret Moore Proctor; and his wife Sandra Screws Proctor. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Proctor (Brittany) of Jonesboro, TN and Leah Proctor Wilcher of Bluff City, TN; and his sister Gloria Brinson (Larry) of Millen. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter.
