Harper (Swainsboro); his brothers, Michael Harper (Janet) of Winder, Richard Harper (Betty Alice) of Greer, SC and Robert Harper (Diane) of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his siblings-in-law, Dr. John Parker (Eileen) of Sylvania and Margie Poole of Albany. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
