He is survived by: his children, Colby Smith of Swainsboro, Katherine Barron (Mac) of Gainesville, Barbara Jean Roberts (Drew) of Grovetown, Leila Johnson (Wes) of Lewisville, NC and Kari-Lin Slater (Regan) of Stillmore; his siblings, Dess Smith of Swainsboro, Mason Smith (Donna) of Dublin, George Smith (Donna) of Covington and Lei Bragg (Ennis) of Swainsboro; and his grandchildren, Tristan Barron (Cheyenne), Ben Barron, Sam Barron, Jude Barron, Joshua Roberts, Rachel Roberts, River Roberts, Rebekah-Jo Roberts, Whitman Johnson, Wilder Johnson, Allie Slater, Grace Elaine Swygert, Lizzie Bell Swygert, Madison Slater, Leila Kate Slater and Millie-Rae Slater. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
