She was predeceased by: her father William Wayne Carroll. She is survived by: her mother Carol Tallada Hooks (Raymond) of Swainsboro; her daughters, Ariel Hackle (Derek) of Swainsboro and Haley Isreal of Swainsboro; and her granddaughter Midna Hackle. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
