Booker of Swainsboro, Georgia; and her siblings, Joann Booker of Swainsboro Georgia, Mary Jenkins of Lakeland, Florida, Alphonso Heyward and Netta Davis of Swainsboro, Georgia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends.
