He is survived by: his wife Joan Turner of Swainsboro; his mother Mary Ann Moore (Jerry); his children, Phillip Riner of Swainsboro, Jesse Riner of Macon and Meagen Flanders (Tyler Wommack) of Swainsboro; and his brother Stevo Moore (Stacy). He is also survived by Twin City; eight grandchildren and many friends.
