He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Lee Douglas and Mattie Jean Edenfield Douglas; and his brothers, Eddie Edenfield, Wayne Douglas, Eugene Douglas and Bennie Douglas.
He is survived by: his daughter Nora McDonald (Ryan) of Woodbine; his wife Bonnie Ferguson Douglas of Folkston; his siblings, David Lee Edenfield of Swainsboro, James Edenfield of Worthen, Mickey Randall of Lyons, Teresa Kirby, Virginia Willis and Betty Jean Brantley; his grandchildren, Savannah McDonald and RJ McDonald; and his great grandchildren, Kasen Burgos and Wesley Bennett.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Durden Hudson Funeral Directors (206 E Pine St, Swainsboro, GA 30401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Peebles - Curry Memorial Chapel. A burial was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at the Edenfield Family Cemetery.
