He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Isador Shedrick and Lodis Mae "McNear" Shedrick; his wife Cynthia Shedrick of Swainsboro, Georgia.; his children, Shanika Benjamin (Lynn) of Swainsboro, Georgia., Sanetra Smith of Swainsboro, Georgia., Vanessa Smith of Swainsboro, Georgia., Garnell Smith (Tharesa) of Swainsboro and Brian Coney of Wisconsin; and his siblings, Geraldine Foreman, Eloise Doyle of Augusta, Hubert McNear (Florene) of Swainsboro Georgia and Grover James Shedrick of New Jersey. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
