He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lynn Conley and Ruby Riner Conley; his wife Edna Spurlock Conley; and his siblings, Betty Cox, Mildred Ann Conley, William Conley, Robert Conley and Lewis Conley.
He is survived by: his brothers, Arthur Conley (Ann) of Swainsboro, Lonnie Conley (Brenda) of Swainsboro, John Conley (Inez) of Fayetteville and Ronnie Conley of Kite. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
