It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Sconyers Patrick of Swainsboro, Georgia, who passed away on October 4, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Thomas and Annie Lee Johnson Sconyers; her husband Edd L. Patrick; and her brothers, Edward R. Sconyers and Thomas W. "Tommy" Sconyers.
She is survived by: her son Clay Patrick of Hartwell, GA.; her grandchildren, McKenna Patrick and Wilson Patrick; her sisters, JoAnn Lane of Canoochee, Betty Jean Andrews (Eddie) of Swainsboro and Glenda S. Riner (William) of Swainsboro; her sister-in-law Angelia Sconyers of Swainsboro; and her caregivers, Francis Lane, Willette Brown, Elaine Cummings, Tarnea Brown, Fahneshia Coney and Betty Jones.
