He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney L. Stroud and Tesse Lee Whitehead Stroud; and his siblings, Roy Stroud, Ray Stroud, Rufus Stroud, Ralph Stroud, Arthur Stroud, Ruth Padgett and Pearl Stroud.
He is survived by: his wife Frances M. Stroud of Dellwood; and his daughters, Linda Stroud of Dellwood and Becki Stroud of Clarks Hill, SC..
