The passing of Dedra Dukes Shuman of Swainsboro, Georgia, born in Ludowici, Georgia leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on March 11, 2025 at the age of 69. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Dukes and Velma Dukes. She is survived by: her son J. R. Shuman (Megan); her grandchildren, Ellie and Teddy; her siblings, David Dukes, Denise Voyles and Lynn Witt (Danny); and her nieces and nephews, Deanna Barlow (Chris), David Dukes (Rochelle), Taylor Voyles and Caitlyn Witt. She is also survived by cousins and close and dear friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jesup First Baptist Church (185 S Brunswick St, Jesup, GA 31546).
