He is survived by: his children, David Johnson, Jr. of Swainsboro and Roanassia Johnson of Swainsboro; his stepchildren, Akiva Foreman, Faith Kae and Dejahvontay Douglas; his siblings, Arthur Johnson of Terona, WA, Robert Johnson (Elisa) of Vicenza, Samuel Johnson (Kimberly) of Warner Robins, Daniel Johnson (Sheila) of Swainsboro, Gloria Prather of Daytona Beach, FL, Emma Mitchell of Columbia, SC, Louvenia Martin of Swainsboro, Essie Johnson of Swainsboro and Thersa Williams of Swainsboro; and his daughter Amy Pullens. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
