She is survived by: her mother Rearcie Mercer of Swainsboro Georgia; her husband James Webb; her children, Tekoya Shuemake (DeAndrea) and Anthony Mercer (Kimberly); and her brothers, Wayne Mercer (Eugenia) of Swainsboro, Georgia, Mitchell Mercer of Swainsboro, Georgia and James Mercer (Theresa) of Swainsboro, Georgia. She is also survived by six grandchildren, one brother-n-law, six sister-n-laws, aunts, uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and close friends.
