He is survived by: his children, Jason Atkinson (Lindsey) of Swainsboro, Wendy Bell (Jamey) of Swainsboro and Jessica Hopkins of Swainsboro; his grandchildren, Abrianna Ahrens, Harley Ahrens, Timothy Bell (Lexi), Savannah Bell, Abby Hopkins, Hunter Goddard, Jeslyn Hooks, Ella Atkinson, Brelynn Atkinson, Wrangler Atkinson, Ryder Atkinson, Zaydan Guiterrez Atkinson, Austin Bray, Kylie Phillips, Kaisley Phillips and Cameron Phillips; his great grandchild Brooklyn Bell; his brothers, Curtis Atkinson of Swainsboro, Charles Atkinson of Swainsboro, Bobby Atkinson of Swainsboro and H. B. Atkinson of Macon; and his niece Crystal Atkinson of Swainsboro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
