He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Coxwell and Ellen Curl Jeter; and his brother Mark Coxwell. He is survived by: his children, Ben Tapley (Meghan Thomson) of Garfield, Joshua Coxwell (Devin) of Garfield, Li'l Charlie Coxwell of Swainsboro, Tera Wheeler of Adrian and Brooke Scroggins (Jeremy) of Johnston, SC; and his siblings, Todd Jeter of Frankford, KY, Susan Garner (Kevin) of Lebanon, TN and Sharon Archer of Lebanon, TN. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and many friends.
