He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clinton Fennell and Shirley Braddy Fennell; and his siblings, Wayne Fennell, Junior "Red" Fennell, Beth Simmons, Estelle Radford and Pat Meisner.
He is survived by: his sisters, Darlene Blakewood (Reginald) of Boissevain, VA., Marcia Stefansen (Jerry) of Blun and Nancy Scott (David) of Lilburn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
