With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bruce Woods (Swainsboro, Georgia), born in Millen, Georgia, who passed away on August 2, 2019 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Benjamin Woods and Louise Larisey Woods; his siblings, Irvin Woods and Ernestine Kersey; and his nephew Benji Woods.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Riner (Ben Brown) of Swainsboro, Emily Woods Smith (Eric) of Swainsboro, Taylor Singleton (Joe) of Clarksville, TN., Raquel Leah Woods (Gerry Evans) of Newport, NC., Joseph Woods (Makayla) of Albany and Frank Woods, Jr.; his significant other Pam Lashonda Meeks of Swainsboro; his siblings, Frank Woods, Sr. of Swainsboro, Ricky Woods (Genette) of Swainsboro, Jinny Woods Peebles of Swainsboro and Pat Lee (Randy) of Swainsboro; his grandchildren, Libby Riner, Gracin Smith, Tanner Smith, Braxton Woods, Addyson Brown, Lake Wilson, Abigail Smith and Cooper Woods; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriners Children's Hospitals.
