He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lee Sr. and Bertha "Griffin" Lee; his wife Mable Bell Lee; his sisters, Jeanether, Mary and Betsy; his children, George Lee, III, Cassandra Blackshear, Sandra Bell and Fred Bell, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Melissa, Kenneth and Charnele.

He is survived by: his significant other Rosy Lee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
