It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anthony Nunn of Swainsboro, Georgia, born in Augusta, Georgia, who passed away on September 7, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivy William Nunn and Shirley Glisson Ely; his stepfather H. B. Ely; his brother Jerry Nunn; and his stepbrothers, Howard Ely and Ronald Ely.
He is survived by: his wife Jana Fagler Nunn of Swainsboro; his sons, Ty Fagler (Jami) of Midville and Todd Fagler (Amber) of Swainsboro; his grandchildren, Brack Fagler, Brody Fagler, Brantley Fagler, Randon Durden, Emma Durden, Lani Fagler and Tyler Fagler; his siblings, Wayne Nunn of Atlanta, Joan Achey (Steve) of Swainsboro, June Johnson of Swainsboro, Mary Ann Brantley (Morris) of Swainsboro and Sybil Wilkerson of Swainsboro; his half-sisters, Judy Jackson of Swainsboro and Barbara Shirey (Earl) of Adrian; and his stepsiblings, Larry Ely (Teresa) of Swainsboro, Faye Hall (Donald) of Swainsboro, Debra Hadden (Charles) of Swainsboro, Panda, Boo Boo, Bella and Jazzy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Family will not be present during this time due to Covid safety.
The family has requested no flowers or food. Family asked for memorial contributions be made to Oakey Grove Church at 54 Oaky Grove Church Rd, Wrightsville, GA 31096.
