She was predeceased by: her father John Tom Johnson; her husband James Henry Blackwell; and her siblings, Ben Edward Johnson and Audrey Williams Simmons. She is survived by: her children, Jamie Blackwell (Haley) of Swainsboro and Sharmon Baker (Johnny); her siblings, Shannon Blackwell of Santa Rosa, FL, Pam Moore (Johnny) of Swainsboro and Tommie Hatcher (Joe) of Herndon; her grandchildren, Cody Ridge, Abby Rose Baker, Colt Blackwell and Luke Blackwell; and her great grandchild Johnny James. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
