With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ann Conley of Swainsboro, Georgia, who passed away on March 15, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, C. L. Rogers and Emily Kersey Rogers; and her siblings, Levone Rogers, Peggy Lou Rogers and Roy Rogers.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur Conley of Swainsboro; and her children, Vickie Ogden (Mike) of Garfield and Ricky Conley (Brenda) of Oak Park. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapman Funeral Home (427 N Main St, Swainsboro, GA 30401). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Chapman Funeral Home (427 N Main St, Swainsboro, GA 30401). A burial was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at the Union Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery (11 Trout Trail, Swainsboro, GA 30401).
