She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Mac" McKnight and Greyson McKnight; and her husband Jack Scherer. She is survived by: her siblings, Millie Weiner (Ken) and Bill McKnight (Toni); her daughters, Julie Mileham (Chris) and Amanda Thrower (Randolph); and her grandchildren, Cora, Ada and Davis Thrower.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ingram Funeral Home (210 Ingram Ave, Cumming, GA 30040). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ingram Chapel (210 Ingram Ave, Cumming, GA 30040).
