He was predeceased by: his grandmother June Kovach. He is survived by: his parents, Laurie Belden (David) of Buford, GA and Chris Kovach (Julie) of Suwanee, GA; his siblings, Ben (Amanda), Theresa Kovach and Corinna Spurlock (Matthew) of Sugar Hill, GA; his nieces, Vivian Kovach, Rayna Spurlock, Maura Spurlock and Mia Spurlock; and his grandparents, George Kovach and Diane Fochtman of Sterling, VA. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
