He was predeceased by : his mother Claudia Tavilla. He is survived by : his wife Melissa Uminn Tavilla; his son Charles Tavilla of Suwanee, GA; his father Joseph Tavilla; his siblings, Kimberly Tavilla of Burlington, VT, his mother-in-law Druscilla Boone of Suwanee, GA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the North Gwinnett Co-Operative Food Bank, 4395 Commerce Drive, Buford, GA 30518 in memory of Paul Tavilla.
