She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hunnicutt and Lillie Mae Hunnicutt; her sister Harriett Garrett; and her daughter Kelly Scott. She is survived by: her child Abuse; her sister Gail Williams (Alec); her brother-in-law Lamar Garrett; her children, Alexander MacConnell Scott IV (Elaine), Philip Thomas Scott (Jennifer), Christopher Paul Scott and Shannon Leigh Scott (Janet); her grandchildren, Harrison Alexander Scott (Alyssa), Katherine Elaine Scott and Thomas MacConnell Scott; and her great grandchild Henlee-Sailor Elizabeth Scott.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in memory of Jackie Scott to Mercy Ships.
