He was predeceased by: his wife Edna Irene Hoskins; and his siblings, Raymond Eugene Hoskins and Eva Hoskins. He is survived by: his sister Janice Kelly; his daughters, Teresa L. Hoskins (Joe Vogt) and Leslie A. Hart (Andy Hart); and his grandchildren, Dr. Melissa E. Vogt, David B. Vogt and Catherine M. Vogt.
