He was predeceased by: his parents, George Freeman and Monteel Freeman. He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Jake Freeman, Kyle Freeman (Kaylex), Bennett Freeman and Sydney Freeman; his niece Kaylee Seaton Giffhorn; his nephew Will Seaton; and his siblings, Marsha McRae (Tony), Terri Owens (Gene), Shirley Hicks, Thomas Freeman, Joan Freeman and Marc Freeman (Julie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
