She was predeceased by: her parents, James Maddox and Dorothy Maddox. She is survived by: her siblings, William Maddox (Phyllis), Ricky Maddox, Millie Pitman (Roger), Vicky Davis (Thomas) and Linda Maddox. She is also survived by children and her own nieces and nephews.
