He is survived by: his children, Tammy, Derek Forrester of Buford, GA and Michael Evans of Lawrenceville, GA; his grandchildren, D. J. Forrester, Dylan Forrester, Devin Forrester, Jesse Evans and Matthew Evans; and his brother Doyle Evans of Auburn, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
