She was predeceased by: her parents, Guadalupe Garcia and Luisa Quiroga Garcia; her husband Morris E. Bode; and her siblings, Maria Luisa Rodriguez, Esperanza Lopez, Alica Rangel, Oscar Garcia and Ruben O. Garcia.
She is survived by: her children, Matt Bode and Laurie Taraboulos; her son-in-law Mark Taraboulos; her grandchildren, Thomas, Anna Cooper, Morgan and Calvin Hargaray; and her great grandchildren, Emerson Cooper, Bode Hargaray and Quinn Cooper.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Harper United Methodist Church, Harper, Texas or Lanier United Methodist Church, Cumming, Georgia.
