She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Cox and Edith Walters Cox; and her brother Wayne Cox. She is survived by: her husband Craig Startt; and her children, Kevin Startt of Dallas, Georgia, Karen Startt Bitzer of Duluth, Georgia and Eric Startt of Encinitas, California.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
