He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Thomas and Grace Turner Sikes. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Cason Sikes; his sons, Michael Sikes of Hilliard, FL and Jerome Sikes Sr. of Surrency; his grandchildren, Alyssa Jade Sikes of Baxley, Christina Marie Whitehead of Waycross and Jerome Robert Sikes Jr. of Surrency; his siblings, Joe Sikes (Julie) of Blackshear and Velma Sue Stone of Waycross; and also Khrista Jarrell of Surrency. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
