He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Osteen and Ethel Lamb Osteen; his wife Betty Crosby Osteen; and his sons, Rusty Osteen and Lavan Osteen.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Brittany Butler (Thomas) of Lumber City, Lindsey Ahl (Brock) of Alma and Adam Osteen (Tiffany) of Baxley; his great grandchildren, Jesse Osteen, Laynee Osteen, Kate Osteen, Mila Osteen, Adelyn Butler and Ryan Butler; his brothers, Philip Osteen (Diane) of Surrency and Mendal "Mickey" Osteen (Geneva) of Jacksonville, FL; and his friend Paschol Pearce of Surrency.
