She is survived by: her children, Ashley Carter (Blake) of Baxley and Dustin Campbell of Baxley; her parents, Phillip Osteen and Diane Osteen of Surrency; her sisters, Hollie Mincey (Kendall) of Baxley and Allyson Reeves (Stewart) of Baxley; her grandchildren, Brixton Campbell, Baylor Webb, Colton Carter and Cason Carter; her nieces and nephews, McKenzie Mincey, Jack Reeves and Nick Reeves; and also Hannah Webb.
