She is survived by: her husband Keith Brooks of Sumner; her children, Dillan Brooks of Worth County, Regan Brooks of Worth County and Amberley Ballard (Eric) of Rincon, Georgia; her grandchildren, Kyleigh Ballard and Emmalyn Ballard; her siblings, Dawn Deal of Sylvester, Kristen Potter of Leesburg and Brandon Pate (Marley) of Eddyville, Kentucky; and her stepfather Rex Pate of Sylvester.
