She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Linton Fincher and Ruby Patrick Fincher; her former husband Harry Thompson; her sons, Greg Thompson and Michael Thompson; her brothers, Jack Fincher and Ben Fincher; and her grandson Matthew Lee Thompson.
She is survived by: her husband Merle; her son Ricky; her daughter-in-law Karen Thompson; her brother Nick; and her sister-in-law Glenda Fincher. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
