He was predeceased by: his parents, Belton Dewight Warren and Savannah Cochran Warren; his daughter Billie Jo Smith; and his siblings, James "Jimmy" Warren, Jackie Warren and Nancy Gail Warren.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jo Phillips Warren; his children, Kenny Phillips, Michael Warren (Katie), Thomas Warren (Stacy), Tina Cox and Rebecca Pearson (Jody); his siblings, William Warren, Martha Reece, Darlene Gilley, Carol Farris and Barbara Barns (Hank); his grandchildren, Jacob Pearson, Megan Busbea (Jon), Joseph Pearson, Sierra Oakes (Chaz), Devin Warren, Zayden Warren, Bryce Cox (Amber) and Jamison Warren; and his great grandchildren, Marleigh Pearson, Karson Jennings, Kohen Busbea and Houston Oakes. He is also survived by several nieces and cousins.
