He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lee Evans, Sr. and Zula R. Sturdivant Evans; and his brothers, Harold Evans and Louie Evans. He is survived by: his daughter MaDonna Bolling; his grandsons, Ray Bolling of Summerville and Antonio Bolling of Atlanta, Georgia; his siblings, Wanda Jackson of Decatur, Georgia and Roy Evans (Barbara) of Marietta, Georgia; his sister-in-law Peggy Evans of Summerville; and his aunt Minister Julia Mae Evans of Kingston, Georgia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
