He is survived by: his wife Linda Gail Lee; his stepchildren, Thomas Vine and Cheyenne Nichole Gonzalez Villanueva; and his grandchildren, Avery Blake Vine and Rosemary Gonzalez Villanueva. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and additional family members.
