He was predeceased by: his wife Maidell Hemphill Parker; and his siblings, Irene Miller, Martha Mae Barrett, Henrietta Byars and George D. Parker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janet (David Kline), Amy Jo Parker and Jennifer Marie (Andy Ussery); and his grandchildren, Gavin Ussery, Kara Ussery and Elaine Webb.
The family will receive friends Friday, November 16th, at the funeral home from 6 until 8 P.M. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Red Clay Horse Rescue, P. O. Box 1012, Lyerly, Georgia, 30730.
